Terms & Conditions

1. General Agreement

By registering, visiting, or receiving treatment at our hospital, the patient and/or attendant agrees to abide by all hospital rules, policies, and procedures.

2. Registration & Identity

  • All patients must complete registration before consultation or admission.
  • Valid government-issued ID may be required.
  • Providing accurate personal and medical information is mandatory.

3. Consultation & Treatment

  • Doctors’ consultation is based on availability and scheduling.
  • Treatment plans are decided solely by the treating physician.
  • The hospital does not guarantee specific outcomes of any treatment or procedure.

4. Emergency Cases

  • Emergency patients will be prioritized based on medical severity.
  • Hospital reserves the right to shift patients to appropriate departments or ICU if required.

5. Fees & Payments

  • All consultation, investigation, procedure, and admission charges must be paid as per hospital tariff.
  • Advance payment may be required for admission or procedures.
  • No reports, discharge summary, or medical records will be issued without clearance of dues.
  • Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless specified by hospital policy.

6. Admission & Stay (IPD)

  • Admission is subject to bed availability.
  • Patients must follow ward discipline and hospital rules.
  • Attendants must restrict themselves to allowed visiting areas and timings.
  • Hospital is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

7. Medical Records & Privacy

  • Patient records are confidential and will only be shared with authorized persons.
  • Hospital may use anonymized data for medical, legal, or academic purposes.

8. Consent for Treatment

  • Written or verbal consent may be required before procedures, surgeries, or investigations.
  • In case of unconscious or critical patients, consent from next of kin will be considered.

9. Discharge Policy

  • Discharge is authorized only by the treating doctor.
  • Patients discharged against medical advice (DAMA) will be responsible for all consequences.

10. Attendant Responsibilities

  • Attendants must behave respectfully with staff and other patients.
  • Any misconduct, violence, or abuse may lead to removal from hospital premises.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Hospital is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (emergency cases, strikes, technical issues, etc.).
  • Medical risks and complications inherent to treatment are explained by the doctor prior to procedures.

12. Legal Compliance

  • All hospital operations comply with applicable local health laws and regulations.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of local courts.

13. Amendments

  • Hospital reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
